لَعَلّ
لَعَلّ is an article and is one of the sisters of إِنَّ , the meaning is – may be, i.e that is it gives a sense of chance and not surety, it doesnot guarantee anything. For example see the following verse of the Qur’an:-

وَلَنُذِيقَنَّهُمْ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ الْأَدْنَى دُونَ الْعَذَابِ الْأَكْبَرِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ

Meaning of the above cited verse

And indeed We will make them taste of the lighter chastisement before the greater chastisement , may be that they return.

If you take the meaning of لَعَلّ to be guaranting return then will the verse give any meaning?

Actually, the lighter punishment is given to realize that how the punishments are painful may be by understanding that they might change their minds. In the similar sense the word لَعَلّ is used in the verse 2:183.
Food and water are the basic requirements of a human being and therefore is one of the weaknesses. The very thought of living without food and water frightens mankind so much that he gets ready to do anything so as to not face that situation. And if any time in his life he comes across such a situation he has all the chances of loosing his intellect due to the pain of hunger and thirst and added to it is the fear of death. In such a situation it is highly possible that he may submit to the whisper of the Satan and break the limitations prescribed by Allah. For example he may commit suicide instead of being patient, he may be incited with enemity, hatred, killing for the struggle for existence.
This kind of situation might come during :–1. War.
2. Foreign invasion
3. Drought
4.Famine
5.Flood
6. Earth quakes and other Natual calamities,
7.when one is a captive
8.one never knows

Long and lengthy hours of staying without food and water may create a confidence that we can survive without food and water for long periods and such a confidence gives the spirit to fight back the situation in the best possible way but in no way takes a guarantee that man will not submit to Satan. Above all is the free will and its use, it only gives a training to not only become capable of staying without food and water but also it gives a sense of confidence and intellect to remain within the limits set by Allah in all circumstances.
Muttaqi as a whole refers to one who lives life in every circumstance within the limitations set by Allah for mankind. It includes doing of all actions that Allah has prescribed for us and it also includes forsaking of all the actions that Allah has prohibited for us.
Even after the realization that one can stay without food and water for a preety long period , anyone can pass the limitations set by Allah with regards to peace and love and may commit ignorance and oppression and become enemies of mankind for the satisfaction of selfishneeds.

All the problems and divisions in human race are because of the mutual rivalry for piling up wealth, otherwise Human race was but a single community. Chapter 102 of the Qur’an reveals that the mutual rivalry for piling up diverts mankind and for them is the Hell fire, they will certainly see the Hell fire. In this chapter to stress on the punishment the phrase ‘you soon shall know’ is repeated 3 times and the phrase ‘you shall certainly see’ the hell fire is repeated 2 times and then finally said that men who pilled up wealth shall certainly be questioned on the day of judgement about the joy of piling up wealth. Again chapter 92 of the Qur’an deals with the same topic, it says that verily mankind strive for many things so he who gives and fears and testifies to the best will get a smooth path but one who is a greedy miser shall face misery and shall be of the dwellers of Hell. But those who spend their wealth for the purpose of purification and do so only to seek the favour of Allah and not for any other reason shall be saved from the hell-fire. The love for wealth is also condemned in chapter 89 in verses 15 till the end, in chapter 75 verse 32, in chapter 74 verses 6 to 15 and in various other verses in the Qur’an.

In Chapter number 70 of the Qur’an Allah condemns the system of accumulation of wealth because such a practice hides the divine resources from use. He declares such people to be the ones who would be the dwellers of the Hell due to their impatience as a result of  their failure to wait for The Day of Judgement. In the same chapter Allah praises people in whose wealth the deprived and the needy have their recognized right. Even in the beginning of chapter 104 of the Qur’an Allah condemns the piling of wealth. In verse 57 & 58 of chapter 10 of the Qur’an the hoarding of wealth is referred to as a disease. In verse 59 of the same chapter the discussion on the matter continues and man is advised to live on great things given by Allah and is asked not to live for accumulation of resources.i.e Man is advised to live for giving and not for piling up his wealth. In chapter 43 verse 32 the employer is advised to be on equity regarding payment to his employees, and not to accumulate money by depriving the workers. Even accumulation is condemned in verse 28 of chapter 28 of the Qur’an and the succeeding verse number 29 supports the same. Also the result of people who accumulate and are arrogant at not giving is explained in verse 48 of chapter 7 of the Qur’an. Thus accumulation of wealth and barring it from use of others is a sin in Islam and the result is Hell.

Even chapter 2 of the Qur’an deals with the same subject. It addresses the people who are committed to Allah to give of good things which they have earned and of the earth which Allah have produced for them and to not aim to give anything that is bad. In the matter of giving the mind usually gets swayed by the fear of poverty but it is not so. Giving doesnot reduce the wealth and strike the giver with poverty. Giving can be in open or in secret but giving always benefits souls. Giving should be for the sake of getting the favour of Allah. Those who would give day and night what they have in excess in secret and in public both in times of plenty and in times of strain need not fear but those who accumulate their wealth due to fear of poverty and selfishness shall have no reward with their Lord. Allah permits to make money but doesnot allow to hold and accumulate the same therefore making money is not the same as holding money. Allah shall give no advantage on accumulated wealth and shall make deeds of giving to be of advantage and reason for success. It is said in the Qur’an that if the committed ones are really committed then they should give away what remained of the accumulated wealth and if they donot give away then they should take a notice of war from Allah and His Messenger but if they turn to obedience they shall be considered to have been hold back from the war and has been asked not to deal unjustly with their wealth. If they deal fair with their wealth they shall be dealt unjustly. And if the possessor grudges in giving or spending then consider him to be of no worth and that the committed ones be firm in encountering him and that is good for the committed ones if they understand.

Is Qur’an right ?

 The following synopsis of facts proves the Qur’an to be right. Every year over 9 million people die worldwide because of hunger and malnutrition, 5 million are children, One billion people lack access to health care systems. According to UNICEF, 25,000 children die each day due to poverty. And they “die quietly in some of the poorest villages on earth, far removed from the scrutiny and the conscience of the world. Being meek and weak in life makes these dying multitudes even more invisible in death.” Around 27-28 percent of all children in developing countries are estimated to be underweight or stunted. The two regions that account for the bulk of the deficit are South Asia and sub-Saharan Africa. 640 million live without adequate shelter. Nearly a billion people entered the 21st century unable to read a book or sign their names. The main reason behind all these problems is that The GDP (Gross Domestic Product) of the 41 Heavily Indebted Poor Countries (567 million people) is less than the wealth of the world’s 7 richest people combined. More than 80 percent of the world’s population lives in countries where income differentials are widening.

Conclusion:  We, entire Mankind should unite to strive for the great cause of caring and sharing and should save ourselves from the never ending punishment of fire of Hell.

The Qur’an is a book the verses of which are communicated to us by the Last Prophet of Islam, Muhammad Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam and not by anybody else. To believe it to be the book of Allah is BELIEVING IN THE WORDS OF THE PROPHET and then following what is written in the Qur’an is following the Prophet. Allah didnot direct us directly but his orders came through Rasulullah , therefore following Qur’an is following the Prophet and thus it is following Allah. Believing in the Qur’an and taking hidayat only from it represents one’s firm belief in the words & instructions of the Prophet. As far as hidayat is concerned i.e as far as the ways to save ourselves from the fire of the Hell is concerned, as far as the Qur’an is concerned , it is a complete and a clear Book with all examples and no other things can make it easier to understand or make it more clear.

 The Prophet PBUH made it to be written during his lifetime and left it for us and Allah has made it secured. Prophet did not take the responsibility of the Books of Hadiths to be written down in his lifetime and neither left any instruction in the Qur’an to get it done later. Even Allah did not take the responsibility of the security of the Books of Hadiths.

 The following verses and many other from the Qur’an prove that Rasulullah did not explain Qur’an but warned people by repeating its verses and did not innovate anything in the name of his Sunnah but rather followed the Book and was asked by Allah to follow His instructions as in the Book strictly.These are the certified & secured Statements of Allah. I could have cited many more verses but that would lengthen this article.

“ A Messenger, who repeats to you the verses of Allah containing clear explanations that may lead forth those who believe and do righteous deeds from the depths of darkness into light…..” 65: 11.

“ And Indeed We made the Qur’an easy to understand and Remember in mind: Then is there any that will receive admonition” 54:40. “ But those who believe and work deeds of righteousness ,and believe in the revelation sent down to Muhammad- for it is the truth from their Lord-……” 47:2.

 “ Say “I am not an innovation among the messengers, nor do I know what will be done with me or with you. I follow but that which is revealed to me by inspiration, I am but a warner open and clear. 46:9.

“Say: Obey Allah , obey the Messenger, but if you turn away, he is only responsible for the duty placed on him, and ye for that placed on you. If you obey him, ye shall be on right guidance. THE MESSENGERS DUTY IS ONLY TO PREACH THE Clear message” 24:54.

 “ It is a Qur’an in Arabic without any crookedness therein in order that they may guard against Evil, Allah puts a Parable—A man believing to many partners at variance with each other and a man believing to one master: are those equal in comparison ? Praise be to Allah but most of them have no knowledge.” 39: 28 & 29.

“ O Prophet ! fear Allah, and hearken not to the unbelievers and the hypocrites verily Allah is full of knowledge and wisdom BUT FOLLOW THAT WHICH COMES THEE BY INSPIRATION FROM THY LORD , …….” 33:1 & 2.

“ And We have explained to man , in this Qur’an EVERY KIND OF EXAMPLES yet greater part of men refuse except with ingratitude” 17 : 89.

“ We have sent down it down as an Arabic Qur’an in order that ye may LEARN WISDOM ” 12:2.

“ These are the verses of the Book that makes things clear, it may be thou will kill thyself with grief, that they do not become believers” 26: 2 & 3.

 “ But there comes not to them a newly revealed message …” 26:5.

The Babri Masjid was a Masjid in Ayodhya, it was destroyed by  a group of 150,000 unjust people who call themselves Karsevaks & Hindus during a planned ceremony on December 6, 1992 despite a commitment to the Indian Supreme Court that the Masjid would not be harmed. More than 2000 people were killed in the ensuing riots following the demolition. Riots broke out in many major Indian cities including Mumbai & Delhi etc.

Liberhan Commission headed by the retired judge of Supreme Court  M S Liberhan  was constituted on Dec16th, 1992 by an order of the Indian Union Home Ministry following the demolition of the Babri Masjid in Ayodhya on 6 December and the riots in Ayodhya. The Commission was expected to submit its report within three months. After a delay of 17 years, the commission submitted the report to the Prime Minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh on 30 June 2009.Today,on 23 November 2009, the report leaked to the media. There was an uproar in the Lok Sabha. The opposition blamed the Home Ministry for deliberately leaking the report. The Parliament session had to be adjourned on the same day. The Government assured to table the report with an ATR(Action Taken Report) during the winter session of the Parliament.

The one-man panel, one of the country’s longest running inquiry commissions cost the government Rs.8 crore wrote the report on the sequence of events leading to the razing of the Babri mosque by Hindu mobs on Dec 6, 1992.

Sources told IANS that besides identifying those who played a role in the destruction of the 16th century masjid, the commission would also unravel why and how the demolition happened and name the larger forces and actors responsible for it.

Appointed by former prime minister Late. P.V. Narasimha Rao two weeks after the demolition on Dec 16, 1992, to ward off criticism against his government for having failed to protect the masjid, the commission in August 2005 finished hearing its last witness Kalyan Singh — who was Uttar Pradesh chief minister at the time of the demolition and was dismissed soon after.

In 16 years of its proceedings, the commission recorded statements of several politicians, bureaucrats and police officials including Kalyan Singh, late Narasimha Rao, former deputy prime minister L.K. Advani and his colleagues Murli Manohar Joshi and Uma Bharati as well as Mulayam Singh Yadav.

Top bureaucrats and police officials of Uttar Pradesh, the then district magistrate R.N. Srivastava and Senior Superintendent of Police D.B. Roy of Ayodhya also recorded their statements on the demolition.

Even today people like Uma bharti, L.K.Advani etc are still insisting on the fact that a Ram Mandir should be constructed on the site. Are they human beings with sound mind and heart? They are playing on the top of confused masses. People who disturb a thing already in order and destroy PEACE  are TO BE STOPPED.

I know what tells the Hindu religion- its only attempt is PEACE. May be Hinduism differs from Islam on various concepts but both attempt to achieve Peace.

This is not HINDUISM.

updated on 24.11.09 : The Liberhan Commission has held 68 people individually culpable for leading the country ‘to the brink of communal discord’. The list includes former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, senior BJP leaders L.K. Advani and Murli Manohar Joshi as well as Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray.

Amongst the others in the list are then Uttar Pradesh chief minister Kalyan Singh, Vishwa Hindu Parishad leaders Ashok Singhal and Pravin Togadia, RSS chief K.S. Sudarshan as well as Govindacharya, the late Vijayaraje Scindia, Vinay Katiyar, Uma Bharti and Sadhvi Rithambara.

Bureaucrats have been named too, including A.K. Saran, inspector general (security) and chief secretary V.K. Saxena.

 

 

 

Islam

To bow down to Allah,  to submit to Him is the best deed but not symbolically five times a day but throughout the whole day &  night practically. That is known as AS-SALAAT .
How to do that ? At first one has to do ASLAMA i.e to forsake the domain of evil and then has to prove his/her Iman i.e to uphold peace, equity & justice. For doing so one should not bother to sacrifice his wealth and his life, if required. That is Salaat. That is the only duty of a believer. The whole Qur’an revolves around this central idea of developing peace.
My friend if man understands this, every problem of the society would be solved. Mankind would be freed from the bondsof Falsehood and embrace the truth. This is true Islam which I want to propagate.
For that we have to remove all the misconceptions about Islam.

Those who are seeking to obey the highly respected Prophet Muhammad and follow his steps have it easy because they got the book that God promised to preserve, the BEST HADITH (Quran).  Obeying the Prophet Muhammad is to follow his message, the Quran and Quran alone. When the Prophet Muhammad died he left behind ONLY one book completely written and preserved, i.e. the Quran. He never left any Hadith books. These books are the innovations added to Islam about 150-200 years after the death of the prophet.

The Farewell Pilgrimage of the Prophet Muhammad was a significant historical event in the Muslims life. Although thousands of Muslims witnessed the Farewell (last) Sermon given by the Prophet Muhammad, the Hadiths books reported at least three versions of the same Sermon. This only reflects how confusing, misleading, distorted and inaccurate are the Hadiths Books. For an event witnessed by over so many people an accurate narration should have been available, but it has not.

As God promised in the Quran, His Hadith (Quran) will be always , the BEST HADITH (39:23), the MOST ACCURATE HADITH (4:87), and the ” NOT FABRICATED HADITH” (12:111).

Therefore for the sincere Muslim who is seeking the truth, and who will read this reported Sermon, the truth will be clarified for him/her.

THREE VERSIONS OF THE LAST SERMON

{Here are the references to the three versions of the Last Sermon, request you to kindly read those from the Books of Hadiths mentioned below to understand how Muslims were made to get confused}

3) I leave for you the Quran alone you shall uphold it.

See Sahih Muslim, Book of Hajj, Book 7 , Number 2803:

وَمَا يَنْطِقُ عَنِ الْهَوَى

“ Wa maa yantiqu ‘anil hawaa”

“ And nor does he vent his personal inclination”(53:3)

This verse of the Qur’an witnesses that the Qur’an is not an outcome of personal inclination of Mohammad Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam . The personal opinion or feeling of Mohammad Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam has no share in it and that it is purely Divine in its origin. Here the position of Mohammad Salaahahu Alaihi Wasallam is made clear to the opponents and those who were/ are in doubt regarding him to be the ‘Rasool and Nabi’ of Allah. He is said to have not been alone and has a Guardian , and that he has not denied the guidance of his Guardian and that he has not composed the Qur’an from his bent of mind.

This verse of the Qur’an is often quoted out of context. We have to understand that this verse is an integral part of the Suran An-Najm and is attached to the context under consideration in the Sura. Here, Allah wants to clarify that Mohammad Salaahahu Alaihi Wasallam is not the composer of the book and that it is a revelation of Allah given to Mohammad Salaahahu Alaihi Wasallam by way of inspiration . The succeeding verse 53:4 clarifies the same. Not a single word of the Qur’an was a self made idea of the prophet but inspired by Allah which reached to the entire humankind through the words of Mohammad Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam as is evident in 81: 19 – which means “ behold, this is indeed the word of a noble Rasool”. In all respects Qur’an may be regarded as the sayings of Mohammad Salaahahu Alaihi Wasallam and there is no doubt in it as it is certified in the Qur’an by Allah Himself and since Allah has protected the book from any alteration we get in the Qur’an unaltered Qaul-e-Rasool that means unaltered sayings of Mohammad Salaahahu Alaihi Wasallam.

The words of the Qur’an are the words of Mohammad Salaahahu Alaihi Wasallam on the inspiration of Allah and contains nil influence of intellect, experience and inclinations of his own. This verse doesnot cover all the sayings of Mohammad Salaahahu Alaihi Wasallam in his daily life which were an outcome of his intelligence, experience and divine knowledge on the capacity of a humanbeing. We should not think that whatever Mohammad Salaahahu Alaihi Wasallam told in his lifetime was inspired by Allah if we do so then we may go on wrong lines of thought and may do injustice to the character and standards of Mohammad Salaahahu Alaihi Wasallam. Like all human beings he was also given the gift of free will and he was also given wisdom on the basis of which he may use his wisdom in the use of free will and it is very mean to think that Mohammad Salaahahu Alaihi Wasallam was not given free will or, that he never used his free will and then by assuming such an unrealistic idea demeaning his strength as one of the greatest humanbeings of all times who had used his free will in the way Allah guided. Use of free will as per Allah’s guidance and Not spoken anything that Allah has not told to him are two different ideas. By adopting the later one surely demeans the position and grandeur of such a great ‘ Rasool and Nabi- the khatimuun nabi’ and giving him the status of a robot. Apart from being a ‘Rasool and a nabi’ he was a father, a grandfather, a husband, an uncle, a friend and a great Statesman. And like all other human beings Allah had given him the right to expression using his high intellect, wisdom and experience because of which sometimes he made mistakes and which Allah has pointed out in the Qur’an .That does not mean that first Allah has told him to speak a wrong thing and then pointed him out to be wrong . It was only a mistake due to the limitations of him being a human being, even of such exalted position. That doesnot also anyway affect his status as those were not intentional.

His untainted intention in the use of the free will as per the Guidance of Allah made him one of the Greatest personalities in the history of mankind .
